Commercial Operation Specialist

Main responsibilities

customer service

• Handling the entire process of lens orders: receiving orders, placing orders, tracking orders, and handling order cancellations
• Maintain frequent communication with the lens factory and internal departments to ensure timely shipment of orders
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and handle customer complaints professionally
• Actively cooperate with team members to complete cross-departmental collaboration tasks

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in achieving the annual sales target
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
• Handle customer statements, product settings, sales promotions, rebates, etc
• Coordinate the follow-up of bill payments, sample requests, and other sales-related matters

• Work closely with internal departments such as sales, finance, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth order processes
• Actively collaborate with team members to jointly achieve the overall departmental goals
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors or management

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with work experience in the lens industry or major in optometry is preferred
2. 1-3 years of experience as a customer service or sales assistant, able to accept weekend shifts (working five days and resting two days, with weekends not consecutive)
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Be meticulous, patient, and responsible towards matters
5. Candidates who are familiar with office software and have strong Excel skills are preferred
