Perform comprehensive teardowns, meticulously organizing and labeling parts to ensure efficient reassembly.
Execute high-level structural and frame repairs using Car-O-Liner systems and modern measuring techniques.
Perform advanced metal finishing and high-quality cosmetic body filler work to prepare panels perfectly for the paint department.
Execute advanced cutting, riveting, and welding procedures (MIG/Spot) in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Work collaboratively with estimators to identify hidden damage during teardown to ensure accurate supplementary estimates.
A true craftsman with a City & Guilds A.C.E. Certificate (or equivalent international certification).
5+ years of proven experience in advanced collision and structural repair.
A team player who is willing to mentor junior staff and embraces a culture of continuous improvement and cleanliness.
