- Coordinate onboarding for incoming franchisees, ensuring a structured, compliant and well-supported transition into the network
- Interpret Operations Review & Compliance (ORC) data, franchisee performance reviews and real estate mapping to inform and communicate expandability decisions
- Present site allocation recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team and manage competing stakeholder views with confidence
- Build and maintain repeatable processes across recruitment, onboarding and strategic planning to support the scale of GYG's growth
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activity is compliant with the Franchising Code of Conduct and associated documentation requirements
- Develop and manage genuine, ongoing relationships with the franchisee network, including direct conversations around site opportunities and missed allocations

- Deep working knowledge of franchise network operations
- Experience in franchise recruitment, onboarding, or a closely related commercial or operations role
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to plan several years ahead and communicate complex decisions clearly
- Data literacy and ORC fluency — comfortable interpreting franchisee performance data, ORC reviews and real estate mapping
- Working knowledge of the Franchising Code of Conduct and associated legal and compliance requirements
- Senior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to and influence the SLT
- Process discipline and systems thinking — able to build and maintain structure across complex, multi-phase workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or a related discipline preferred
What You'll Love
