What You’ll Be Doing

Operate skid steer during verge collections
Load green waste safely and efficiently
Complete daily machinery inspections
Perform routine operator maintenance tasks
Follow safe work procedures always
Communicate using two-way radio systems
Support team leaders in field operations
Record completed collection areas daily

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced operator with a strong commitment to safety and service. You’ll ideally bring

Nationally accredited skid steer qualification
HR Class Driver’s Licence required
Strong safety focus and awareness
Experience operating skid steer equipment
Effective communication and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently
Commitment to excellent customer service
National Police Clearance required
