Job Summary

The Finance Analyst supports the control and reconciliation of Direct to Passenger (DTP) revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), shrinkage and wastage on a daily basis and during month-end close. The role is responsible for ensuring revenue and related transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular reconciliations to ensure revenue and COGS are accurately recorded between operational systems and SAP.
Monitor revenue transactions and investigate missing, delayed or unusual items to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Maintain master data and support the accuracy of finance databases and reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including credit card transactions, accounts receivable (AR) open items and other outstanding balances.
Support month-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and reports in a timely manner.
Work closely with finance, commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of transactions.
Maintain process documentation and support improvements to reporting and financial controls.
Provide support to the team and carry out other duties as assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst.
