Key Responsibilities

Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) : Identify, evaluate, and address privacy risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and the implementation of appropriate safeguards.
Data Privacy Policy Implementation : Ensure that data privacy policies are effectively integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Development of Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) : Assist in creating and implementing technologies that minimize data exposure and enhance data security.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to privacy and data protection, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
AI Risk Assessments (AIRA) : Conduct assessments to identify potential privacy, regulatory, and ethical risks associated with AI systems, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Policy Development : Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry developments to aid in creating policies that strengthen privacy measures and ensure compliance.
Contractual Review : Draft, review, and assess data processing agreements and privacy-related contractual clauses.
Champion Privacy by Design (PbD) and Responsible AI(RAI) : Promote proactive privacy and responsible AI principles and measures, and ensure integration into all aspects of technology development and implementation.
Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as may be required of the position.
