About The Role

The Role We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our MPP Engineering team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of systems that support critical US trading infrastructure. You’ll thrive here if you’re hands-on, pragmatic, and enjoy working with teams across regions and time zones. If you like rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and making sure things work the way they should — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Test complex systems through a mix of hands-on and automated testing to ensure high quality and reliability Create, maintain, and evolve test plans, test cases, and regression suites Identify issues early, document findings clearly, and work closely with engineers to resolve them Support client-reported issues across environments and assist with troubleshooting and validation Contribute to continuous improvement across testing processes and the full software lifecycle What You’ll Bring Experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle Comfortable working with databases, Linux-based environments, and cloud platforms A pragmatic approach, and a "let's do this" attitude. Clear communicator who works well in collaborative, global teams Nice to Have Experience testing financial or market-related systems, especially the FIX protocol Familiarity with message-based or real-time systems Exposure to regulated or high-availability environments Location & Work Style This position can be located in Atlanta or Philidelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office, subject to change.
