• Assisting with medications daily

• Assisting with Personal Care for all individuals who are in need

• Sanitizing personal care room
• -
• Completing daily Progress Notes and Goal Tracking on THERAP
• -
• Completing any Health and/or Therapy tracking when applicable
• -
• Completing the shift duty checklist daily as assi gned
• -
• Attend all S tand up and Stand Down meetings, Therapy Trainings and DDSD state trainings when scheduled
