About The Role

We are building a new systematic US equities trading initiative and are looking for experienced traders with a strong understanding of alpha generation, portfolio construction, and execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate systematic equity trading opportunities.
Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment.
Identify new sources of alpha across US equities.
Drive improvements in execution and portfolio construction.
Participate in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.

Requirements

5+ years trading US equities.
Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
Understanding of alpha generation, risk management and portfolio construction.
Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
Strong understanding of market microstructure.
