This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid Law Account Executive based in the United States.
This is a fully remote sales role focused on driving new business and revenue growth within the legal technology <market.You> will own prospecting and opportunity development across an assigned territory, from initial outreach through qualification and close.The role combines high-volume outbound sales, consultative discovery, relationship building, and strategic account <development.You> will engage with legal professionals and senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders, to uncover business needs and position relevant SaaS solutions.Success requires curiosity, persistence, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate a collaborative team-selling <environment.You> will work closely with marketing and sales colleagues while maintaining accurate pipeline and prospect data in CRM systems.This opportunity is well suited to an experienced SaaS salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and globally connected environment.
Accountabilities
Drive revenue generation within an assigned territory by identifying, developing, qualifying, and progressing new business opportunities through the sales funnel.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through telephone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels to identify decision-makers and sales opportunities.
Work both pre-qualified and cold-call campaigns to secure qualified appointments and create new opportunities.
Build strong, multi-level relationships across the legal industry, including with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
Research prospective accounts using publicly available information and develop detailed prospect profiles to support targeted sales strategies.
Qualify new business opportunities according to established sales guidelines, using strong questioning, investigation, and probing skills to uncover customer needs.
Clearly communicate the value of people and document productivity SaaS solutions to prospective and existing customers.
Manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, websites, trade shows, and other channels, ensuring opportunities are appropriately tracked, qualified, and routed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, prospect, and opportunity information within Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
Collaborate effectively within a team-selling environment, coordinating resources and helping to quarterback opportunities through the sales cycle.
Partner with colleagues across sales and marketing to maximize campaign performance, pipeline generation, and conversion.
Attend relevant business meetings, conferences, and events when required, including occasional travel for high-level customer engagements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of direct sales experience managing opportunities from lead generation through close, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Knowledge or experience within the legal industry, with an understanding of the needs and dynamics of legal organizations.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, appointment setting, opportunity qualification, and new business development.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize activity in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial curiosity and proven ability to investigate, ask insightful questions, and uncover underlying customer needs.
- Ability to use LinkedIn and other social channels strategically to initiate conversations and build professional relationships.
- Strong internet research skills, including the ability to quickly locate and evaluate information that supports sales activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative, team-oriented sales organization.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources when managing opportunities through a team-selling approach.
