This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns designed to deliver measurable business growth and strong return on <investment.You> will oversee campaign strategy, audience targeting, keyword research, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation across multiple Google advertising channels.The position combines hands-on campaign management with performance analysis and data-driven <decision-making.You> will monitor key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.Collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams will ensure paid search initiatives support broader business objectives.The role also offers an opportunity to stay ahead of evolving advertising technologies, trends, and automation <opportunities.It> is well suited to a performance-focused digital marketer who enjoys experimentation, optimization, and delivering tangible results.
Accountabilities
- Develop, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube, aligning strategies with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPC, advertising spend, and revenue, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to improve targeting, ad relevance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically across campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and performance targets.
- Test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, targeting approaches, and other campaign variables to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports covering campaign results, spend, revenue generation, and key insights for strategic decision-making.
- Troubleshoot campaign and advertising performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.
- Stay current with Google Ads features, digital advertising trends, industry developments, and best practices to maintain competitive campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and cross-functional teams to align paid advertising strategies with broader campaigns, content initiatives, and business goals.
- Support the implementation of new advertising tools, technologies, and automation processes that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads/AdWords experience, with demonstrated expertise in campaign creation, optimization, monitoring, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising, including an understanding of how these channels complement one another.
- Google Ads certification is required.
- Experience working within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment is a plus, particularly where managing diverse campaigns or client requirements is involved.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into practical optimization actions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets, prioritize initiatives, and maintain a performance-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity and willingness to stay informed about new advertising features, technologies, trends, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Technical setup should include a dual-monitor computer with at least 8 GB of RAM, internet speed of at least 25 Mbps, and a camera with at least 1080p resolution.
