This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Hiring Services Specialist based in the United States.

As a Hiring Services Specialist, you’ll play a central role in connecting families with exceptional household support professionals. You’ll combine recruiting, client service, candidate sourcing, sales outreach, and administrative coordination to deliver a smooth hiring experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with families to understand their needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies and role descriptions. You’ll also own a designated geographic territory, proactively building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a highly relationship-driven position where communication, judgment, organization, and initiative are essential. Accountabilities

  • Lead or participate in client kickoff calls to understand family dynamics, household needs, role expectations, and hiring requirements, then create tailored job descriptions.
  • Research, source, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, online platforms, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Post and manage job openings across relevant platforms while maintaining an organized candidate pipeline.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, personality, and alignment with specific family needs.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, manage scheduling, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for families, managing onboarding calls, six-week check-ins, follow-ups, and other family-facing communications.
  • Partner with the hiring leadership team and regional management to ensure candidate recommendations align with client expectations and role requirements.
  • Own a designated geographic territory and proactively build candidate supply, maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with candidates and keep strong prospects engaged for future roles, even when no immediate position is available.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through email, social media, and other channels to support business development and growth.
  • Engage with potential clients and candidates on social platforms to increase awareness of available services and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate hiring records, track progress, send follow-ups, and keep the Notion CRM current.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings and contribute to team coordination and process improvements.
  • Update website job postings and other relevant content, and support administrative, SOP, and process-related projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for helping families and contributing to a mission focused on reducing the demands and mental load of everyday life.
  • Previous recruiting, hiring, talent sourcing, staffing, or related experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create warm, professional, and positive experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and empathetically.
  • Strong judgment and intuition when evaluating candidates, understanding client needs, and navigating sensitive or nuanced conversations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches, relationships, deadlines, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-directed approach, with the confidence to solve problems and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Sales, business development, or outbound outreach experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using email platforms, social media tools, CRM systems, and website management tools; experience with Notion is helpful.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Energetic, positive, curious, and eager to learn, improve processes, and contribute ideas.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to participate professionally in Zoom calls while working remotely.
