About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Inside Sales AE/Altair based in United States.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth for an established eyewear portfolio across an assigned customer territory. You will develop relationships with end-user doctors and accounts through phone, written, and personal outreach. The position combines proactive prospecting, account development, consultative selling, and revenue management. You will create account-specific strategies designed to expand product adoption and identify cross-selling opportunities. Success requires strong customer understanding, disciplined sales execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners. This is an opportunity to directly influence revenue performance while delivering a responsive, solution-oriented customer experience.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand customer relationships, and exceed established revenue and quota targets.
  • Represent the eyewear program across customer-facing sales activities, building trusted relationships with doctors and managed accounts.
  • Create and maintain account-specific sales plans focused on revenue growth, product adoption, and expanding product presence within customer accounts.
  • Identify customer business needs and apply innovative solutions to address challenges while increasing product penetration.
  • Leverage the broader portfolio to identify cross-selling, lead-sharing, and integrated selling opportunities.
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal divisions, partners, and extended customer teams to provide a responsive and solution-focused experience.
  • Re-engage doctors who have discontinued their relationship with the eyewear program and identify opportunities to rebuild those accounts.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate emerging needs and requirements to relevant internal teams and partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to provide visibility into sales activity, customer communications, opportunities, and account progress.
  • Consistently manage sales activities and priorities to achieve performance targets and maintain balanced product-line results.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with responsibility for developing accounts and meeting revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales or revenue goals, with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, activities, and sales processes consistently.
  • Ability to quickly learn product offerings and apply that knowledge to customer conversations and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strong customer-development and relationship-management capabilities, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach to selling.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively leveraging internal resources and cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with PC applications and CRM tools, with the discipline to maintain accurate sales information.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn customer needs into actionable sales strategies.
  • Strong adaptability and business judgment in a performance-driven sales environment.
