This execution-focused role leads the delivery of consumer engagement and brand activation programs across multiple business channels and <markets.You> will coordinate field teams, logistics, inventory, assets, partnerships, and operational activities to ensure programs launch and perform successfully.Working closely with senior leadership, clients, field teams, suppliers, and internal partners, you will turn established strategies into consistent market execution.The role combines program management, operational oversight, client service, performance analysis, and team <leadership.You> will establish accountability across markets, identify risks, and keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.Success requires a highly organized operator who can navigate a fast-paced, multi-market environment while maintaining strong attention to compliance and quality.This is an opportunity to play a central role in scaling consumer programs and strengthening execution across an evolving national footprint.
Accountabilities
Coordinate and execute brand activation programs across indirect retail, brand retail, age-restricted establishments, events, plug-ins, and other emerging channels within assigned markets.
Manage program timelines, establish critical paths, monitor milestones, and take proactive action to keep teams and deliverables on schedule.
Directly oversee City Managers and Area Managers across markets, establishing clear accountability for execution, performance, and results.
Partner with Field, Operations, Training, and leadership teams to ensure programs are launched effectively and field teams have the resources required for success.
Support scalable onboarding and training processes for new hires, including inventory load-in, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
Manage inventory operations end-to-end, including SAP-based tracking, reconciliation, trend analysis, replenishment, and stock continuity across contracted locations.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage order fulfillment, logistics, and timely product delivery in accordance with applicable contracts and requirements.
Oversee product placement, setup, and visual merchandising execution, ensuring activities align with approved layouts and established brand standards.
Support education and enablement initiatives for field and venue teams, helping ensure effective execution of selling programs and referral initiatives.
Maintain contract compliance by implementing audit frameworks, monitoring adherence, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions.
Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance data with senior leaders and market managers, providing accurate reporting and actionable insights for internal and client audiences.
Support client and internal status meetings by preparing analyses, agendas, meeting materials, notes, follow-ups, and action tracking.
Cultivate strong client relationships through consistent communication, strategic discussions, and clear communication of available services and capabilities.
Partner with directors across campaigns, programs, and projects to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
Regularly visit assigned markets to support field teams, assess execution, and address operational needs as required.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen execution, and scale successful operating practices across markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant marketing discipline, such as brand marketing, convenience retail, consumer activation, or field marketing.
At least 4 years of experience managing multi-site or multi-market operations.
Agency experience is preferred, particularly hands-on experience in back-office operations, client service, account management, or program delivery.
Demonstrated ability to support client delivery, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate effectively across multiple internal and external teams.
Knowledge of applicable state, local, and national regulations and legal requirements related to tobacco consumption and age-restricted consumer programs.
Understanding of applicable marketing guidelines for age-appropriate consumers and the ability to operate within established compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of regulations governing the purchase, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management of products across multiple states.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, field teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability across multiple markets.
High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with flexible scheduling.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support market operations and field teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Ability to quickly learn and adopt operational technologies, including inventory platforms, electronic tablets, payment devices, ID scanners, and other technology used in field execution.
