This role is an opportunity to turn go-to-market strategy into scalable technical <execution.You> will design and optimize the systems, automations, integrations, and data infrastructure that power modern revenue teams.Working closely with GTM Strategists, you will translate business requirements and customer journeys into effective technical solutions.Your work will span CRM architecture, workflow automation, enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle <management.You> will solve complex technical challenges while improving data quality, governance, reliability, and operational efficiency.The role offers a collaborative, fast-moving environment where systems thinking, curiosity, and continuous improvement are highly valued.Success will be measured by the scalable systems and measurable business outcomes your solutions enable.
Accountabilities
Partner with GTM Strategists to translate business requirements, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies into scalable technical solutions using HubSpot, Clay, and modern GTM technologies.
Design, build, and optimize CRM architectures, workflows, automations, integrations, and connected data systems that support scalable revenue operations.
Develop enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue teams.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve automation, data quality, governance, and platform performance.
Build reliable data flows and operational processes across multiple GTM platforms and ensure solutions are maintainable and scalable.
Collaborate with cross-functional specialists across paid media, content, delivery, and other functions to deliver cohesive technical solutions and strong partner outcomes.
Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical designs and implementation plans.
Contribute to technical standards, methodologies, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks that improve the consistency and scalability of future implementations.
Take ownership of the reliability, quality, and long-term effectiveness of the systems and solutions you build.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate repetitive work, improve system performance, and create measurable business value.
Requirements
3–6 years of professional experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, MarTech, CRM Administration, Marketing Automation, Sales Technology, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, or a closely related field.
Advanced HubSpot experience and working knowledge of Clay are required.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable CRM architectures, workflows, and automation.
Experience building integrations, data flows, and operational processes across multiple go-to-market platforms.
Strong ability to translate business requirements, customer journeys, and strategic objectives into effective technical solutions.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical challenges and improving system reliability, data quality, and performance.
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how data, processes, automation, and technology interact across the revenue lifecycle.
Ability to build reusable, maintainable solutions rather than relying on short-term fixes.
Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments.
Naturally curious and willing to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach to investigating unfamiliar systems and resolving technical issues.
Collaborative communication style and the ability to work effectively with strategists, technical specialists, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong ownership mentality, with a focus on delivering reliable solutions and measurable outcomes.
Commitment to continuous improvement and an interest in using technology to simplify and scale operational processes.
