This is an opportunity to manage and expand an established portfolio of mid-market customers in a high-growth technology <environment.You>’ll focus on strategic account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing customer relationships.The role combines consultative selling, business strategy, and deep customer engagement across complex <organizations.You>’ll work directly with senior and C-level stakeholders to understand evolving business, data, and technology challenges.Success will depend on your ability to build trusted relationships, develop thoughtful account strategies, and connect customer needs with impactful <solutions.You>’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while owning pipeline development, forecasting, and bookings growth.This is a strong fit for an experienced enterprise or mid-market sales professional who thrives in consultative, relationship-driven environments.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of mid-market accounts, with a primary focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior business stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on technology, data, and business transformation.
  • Use consultative discovery and strategic questioning to identify customer challenges, evaluate opportunities, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and critical business objectives.
  • Identify emerging customer needs and market factors, anticipating challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Develop post-sale implementation strategies and coordinate resources to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and achieve account and business goals.
  • Build credibility throughout the sales process through strong product knowledge, professionalism, reliability, and business acumen.
  • Drive pipeline and bookings growth while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key sales and account performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex relationship-based selling, preferably within technology or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing and expanding existing customer accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong consultative selling and business development capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level audiences.
  • Experience developing account plans and executing strategies that drive pipeline, revenue, and bookings growth.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast sales and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and reporting on critical sales and account metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and navigate complex customer environments.
  • Experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling technology solutions.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and take ownership of results.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation range of $160,000–$200,000 USD, representing base salary or On-Target Earnings (OTE) for commission-based roles.
  • Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, skills, knowledge, geographic location, and role type.
  • Potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus depending on role structure.
