This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver sophisticated integration and automation solutions for complex business <environments.You> will work hands-on across the full integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.The position focuses on connecting cloud and on-premise applications using leading iPaaS technologies such as Boomi and <Workato.You> will translate business and integration requirements into scalable technical solutions, including data transformations and API configurations.The role combines technical delivery with client interaction, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with developers and <architects.You> will operate in an agile, innovation-focused environment where complex problems require practical thinking and strong execution.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced integration developer looking to deepen their expertise in automation, digital solutions, and enterprise technology.

Accountabilities

Integration development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes connecting third-party applications across cloud and on-premise environments using Dell Boomi AtomSphere and/or Workato.

End-to-end delivery: Own development activities including configuration, unit testing, business readiness, deployment, and production support for integration solutions.

Requirements translation: Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.

API and connectivity: Build and configure APIs and endpoint connections, selecting appropriate integration approaches such as middleware or custom development.

Data transformation: Develop transformation logic based on business requirements, including data cleansing, aggregation, grouping, joins, merges, and data elimination.

Production support: Monitor, troubleshoot, sustain, and support existing integrations, helping ensure reliable performance and timely resolution of technical issues.

Technical documentation: Create and maintain system integration, development, design, and reporting documentation in collaboration with developers and architects.

Technical collaboration: Establish strong working relationships with internal teams, external IT partners, customers, developers, and solution architects.

Agile delivery: Participate in agile implementations, adapting development methodologies and processes to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Continuous improvement: Contribute to the evolution of integration methodologies, processes, and automation capabilities while supporting innovation across digital solutions projects.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, integration, automation, or a closely related technical discipline.

iPaaS expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with iPaaS integration technologies, with complete implementation experience using Workato and/or Dell Boomi.

Enterprise integrations: Experience integrating Workato or Boomi with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other major cloud-based enterprise platforms.

Web services: Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML, WSDL, XSD, and UDDI technologies.

Integration architecture: Ability to understand application connectivity requirements, select appropriate integration methods, configure endpoints, and design reliable integration workflows.

Data expertise: Experience developing transformation logic and working with data cleansing, aggregation, joins, merges, grouping, and related processing requirements.

Client engagement: Strong ability to understand customer requirements, communicate technical concepts clearly, and develop solutions aligned with business needs.

Problem-solving: Analytical and structured approach to troubleshooting complex integration issues and supporting production environments.

Collaboration: Comfortable working with developers, architects, customers, and external technology partners while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Agile mindset: Experience working within agile delivery environments and adapting quickly to changing project requirements.

Availability: The role follows a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM IST shift schedule.
