Software Engineer Development or Testing

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing projects from initiation through delivery. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and stakeholder expectations
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates and reports
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards
• Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and communication
• Support budgeting, resource tracking, and invoicing.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project health and delivery performance
• Manage dependencies across teams and lead the resolution of blockers and escalations
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery in Agile or hybrid environments

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum (optional)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheets, MS Project, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards (Power BI, Smartsheet's, Azure DevOps, Jira etc.)
