About The Role
About The RoleHello Patient is growing and looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the execution of complex customer deployments. This role sits at the intersection of customers, AI Agent Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management - ensuring projects move quickly, stakeholders stay aligned, and customers successfully launch and scale with Hello <Patient.You>’ll manage multiple technical deployments at once, serving as the primary project owner responsible for timelines, communication, risk management, and cross-functional execution. You’ll partner directly with customer executives, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, manage dependencies, and drive successful launches.This role requires someone who is highly technical, exceptionally organized, and comfortable operating in complex environments. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand how systems connect and be able to translate technical complexity into clear execution <plans.You>’ll help bring some of our largest and most strategic customers live - working through challenging technical deployments, removing blockers, and building the processes needed to scale Hello Patient.What You'll DoCoordinate Complex Customer Deployments End-to-EndOwn the coordination of complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansionBuild and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk trackingDrive project cadence through weekly updates, status reporting, and clear ownership across internal teamsIdentify blockers, drive resolution, and ensure teams stay aligned toward launch goalsManage multiple deployments simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for execution and customer experienceDrive Technical Execution Across TeamsPartner closely with AI Agent Product Managers, Engineering, Conversational Design, QA, and Account Management to coordinate deliveryAssist with customer requirements gathering and content collection needed to support deploymentTranslate customer requirements into clear technical workstreams and execution plansSet up and configure telephony systems as part of customer deploymentsSet up agent campaigns and self-service workflows based on customer requirementsParticipate in agent testing, validation, and soft-launch deliveries to ensure deployment readinessUnderstand APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and telephony workflows to help teams navigate technical complexityCreate and maintain project documentation, tickets, and workflows in tools like Linear to ensure teams have clarity on priorities and next stepsSupport technical discovery by helping teams evaluate feasibility, scope, tradeoffs, and dependenciesPartner With Enterprise CustomersServe as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, including operators, technical teams, and executive leadersLead deployment meetings, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the customer journeyHelp customers navigate complex technical decisions and tradeoffsPartner with internal teams to determine when requests require additional scope, resources, or alternative solutionsBuild confidence with customers by bringing structure and clarity to complex deploymentsBuild Scalable Deployment ProcessesCreate repeatable frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve how Hello Patient delivers customer deploymentsIdentify opportunities to improve deployment speed, quality, and customer outcomesBuild documentation and operating processes that enable the team to scale as customer volume growsWhat We're Looking ForMust Have4+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementationsExperience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments involving multiple technical stakeholders and dependenciesStrong project management skills with the ability to drive timelines, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills with experience partnering directly with customers and executive stakeholdersTechnical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systemsExperience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-facing solutionsStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environmentAbility to work onsite in Austin, TexasPreferredExperience with healthcare technology, AI products, SaaS platforms, or integration-heavy softwareExperience with telephony systems, voice platforms, EHR integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise software deploymentsPMP certification or formal project management trainingExperience using Linear, Jira, or similar project management toolsExperience managing enterprise customers with complex technical requirementsAI-native mindset - you leverage AI tools to improve productivity and executionCompensationBase salary: $100K–$170KEquity: Meaningful ownership in a fast-growing healthtech startupAbout Hello PatientHello Patient is transforming healthcare communication through advanced conversational AI.
