Technical Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and operations. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team to accelerate execution and help shape how the company scales. It's an excellent launchpad for future founders who want broad, hands-on exposure across a fast-moving technical business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner directly with the founders across product, GTM, and operations as a trusted technical sounding board.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align priorities and keep execution on track.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete plans with clear milestones and tight deadlines.
• Support founder decision-making by surfacing technical context and project-level insights.
• Drive high-impact projects end-to-end, continuously reprioritizing what moves the company forward.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals — formal training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous goals into structured plans and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for close collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams.
• High work ethic and stress tolerance; comfortable operating beyond standard hours when needed.
• Prior startup or fast-growth environment experience is a strong plus.
• Bonus: genuine interest in branding, design, or social channels.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary in the range of $55,000–$80,000 USD annually, plus early-stage equity options (0.15%–0.50%). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a full-time, in-person role — remote work is not an option.
