Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.ABOUT THE ROLE

SharkNinja is looking for a Social Media Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment and can operate fluidly across three distinct brand identities—Shark Home, Ninja Kitchen, and Shark Beauty. This is not a single-brand role: you’ll be the connective tissue across our organic social presence, keeping all three handles moving with speed, precision, and platform fluency.

You’ll work closely with brand leads and a senior social manager to execute content calendars, monitor trends, manage community, and support influencer activations—making sure every brand shows up consistently, culturally, and on time. A meaningful part of this role sits in influencer operations: reviewing and approving creator content, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining the day-to-day relationships that keep our creator ecosystem running.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Calendar & Publishing

  • Maintain a shared cross-brand content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Schedule and publish approved posts on time across all three brand handles
  • Flag coverage gaps, conflicting priorities, or whitespace to the senior lead proactively
  • Pull weekly performance snapshots per brand and share with the team

Influencer Operations & Content Approval

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for agencies, creators and influencers across all three brands
  • Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and FTC compliance before publishing
  • Coordinate briefing, feedback rounds, and revision cycles with creators to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Track influencer content performance—views, engagement, saves, reach—and compile per-campaign and cross-brand reports
  • Manage influencer seeding logistics end-to-end: product allocation, shipping, confirmation, and follow-up
  • Maintain an active roster of seeded and gifted creators per brand, including performance history and relationship notes
  • Support UGC identification and repurposing—flagging strong creator posts for organic reshares or paid amplification

Trend Monitoring & Ideation

  • Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts daily for emerging trends relevant to each brand
  • Flag timely opportunities to brand leads and draft reactive content briefs for quick-turn execution
  • Maintain a living trend log the broader team can pull from across brands
  • Concept UGC prompts and seed ideas that support influencer activations and organic storytelling

Community Management & Engagement

  • Manage comments, DMs, and brand tags in each brand’s distinct voice
  • Monitor UGC and surface reshare or seeding opportunities in real time
  • Escalate issues, spikes in sentiment, or viral moments to the senior lead immediately
  • Help maintain and evolve a brand voice guide for each of the three brands

Cross-Brand Coordination Support

  • Track asset status and ensure on-time delivery per platform and campaign
  • Compile monthly performance recap decks with key learnings per brand for stakeholder review
  • Partner with creative, ops, and paid teams to ensure influencer content integrates into the broader brand strategy

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator operations — agency or brand-side; strong internships considered
  • Hands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns: content review, approvals, briefing, and tracking
  • Familiarity with influencer management tools—CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, or similar—and comfortable pulling performance data
  • Native TikTok fluency — you understand the platform from the inside, not just as a marketer
  • Working knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts mechanics and what drives organic performance
  • Detail-oriented and organized—able to manage creator pipelines, approval queues, and content calendars across multiple brands simultaneously
  • Comfortable with a social scheduling tool (Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative attitude and low ego—creators and internal teams alike will rely on you
  • CPG or consumer brand experience preferred; agency background equally welcome
