About the role
We are seeking Healthcare experts to join our successful Design and Build team. We are seeking registered architects who have experience in leading Healthcare projects, depending on your level of experience the position role can be adjusted to suit. A successful candidate must be capable of leading the design of healthcare projects of varying scale, providing leadership and direction to design teams, while actively managing client and stakeholder expectations. With a deep understanding of multidisciplinary healthcare design, they will coordinate interfaces and sequence design activities effectively to achieve designs aligned with brief, budget and compliance requirements. The Healthcare Design lead role will have additional scope to support healthcare client relationships, business development and provide technical oversight of healthcare projects nationally.
Skills Required
- 10+ years in Healthcare Design sector
- Strong experience within New Zealand Commercial build projects
- Degree Qualified in Architecture + Architectural Registration
- BIM: Competent in the use of Revit / Revisto / Aconex
- Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with professionals from diverse technical backgrounds, facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting project delivery.
- Technical Capability: Sufficient to undertake Healthcare design reviews, understanding of AusHFG, HNZ requirements & multidisciplinary coordination.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle design challenges with innovative solutions.
- Professional network: Established client relationships and recognised as leader in the Healthcare design sector
