AI QA Engineer - Automation & AI Service Quality

ConnectOS is seeking an Automation Engineer to own QA for AI-enabled features within the Data and AI team. You will build automated test coverage for AI services, validate agent workflows, and ensure secure multi-tenant operation across distributed UK and Philippines teams.

You will design test strategies for context-aware behavior, integrate checks into CI/CD pipelines, and focus on observability, latency, and reliability of AI-driven applications.
