QA Engineer - Mobile Testing

Role OverviewWe are looking for a QA Engineer with strong hands-on Mobile Testing experience, particularly across iOS and Android. The role will focus on functional, API, database, and payment flow testing within an Agile product team.

General Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure software quality.
• Plan and execute mobile-focused functional, regression, exploratory, API, and database testing.
• Test iOS and Android applications across devices and OS versions.
• Validate payment flows, transactions, and third-party integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end mobile application testing across iOS and Android.
• Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Test payment, authentication, transaction, and third-party integration flows.
• Perform API testing and validate data using SQL.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate and verify defects.
• Participate in Agile and CI/CD practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Mobile Testing experience is the main requirement.
• Experience testing both iOS and Android applications.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with API testing and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and AWS.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Knowledge of a programming language and willingness to learn automation.
• Payment gateway or financial transaction testing experience.
• Mobile performance and compatibility testing experience.
