This is an opportunity for experienced marketing and communications professionals looking to take the next step in their career with a global major brand. In your new role, you will undertake and assist with a range of marketing and communications activity to support the Kubota brand in the New Zealand markets.

In your new role, you will
Gather and translate NZ-specific requirements, providing insights for marketing and public relations efforts
Present recommendations to the team and management to effectively tailor marketing, retail, and trade campaigns for the NZ market
Assist in the execution of defined elements of marketing, public relations, and retail or trade marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with plans, budgets, and timelines
Ensure adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and standards for advertising, digital promotion, public relations, social media, website management, and other campaign components
Support dealer/partner channel campaigns, including adapting centrally developed assets, communicating promotional activities, proof reading, and general administration
Provide guidance to dealers when required
Conduct research on NZ-specific market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations based on findings
Manage the end-to-end process of stock management and fulfillment of brochures, POS materials, and similar resources for dealers
Coordinate sponsorship activation and related activities, ensuring successful implementation and support
Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date team systems and databases, including the Dealer digital asset management platform
Prepare analysis, reports, or status updates related to marketing and public relations activities within the NZ jurisdiction as directed
Manage end-to-end event logistics for marketing-related events, including planning, coordination, and representing the brand at events
Provide general support to the team and external stakeholders, assisting with day-to-day tasks, resolving queries, and providing necessary information or communications
Perform other tasks within the scope of your skills, knowledge, and experience as directed
Requirements

Secondary Education
Tertiary qualification Marketing (preferred)
Digital Marketing accredited training (desired)
Valid Driver's license
Coordinator/Officer level brand or agency experience in a B2B marketing environment. Experience gained working within a dealer or network environment and with a multinational (preferred)
Significant hands-on experience in traditional and digital marketing, public relations, and communications
Demonstrated applied understanding of digital marketing. Experience with local area marketing and marketing automation tools
Successful experience in the creation and development of assets and content
Event coordination experience/exposure
Strong administration and organisational skills
Proven ability to manage stock including print material and request processes
Well developed interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
Customer centricity
Fundamental understanding of compliance and relevant New Zealand laws governing sales and marketing, including but not limited to areas of trade, consumer rights and privacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite/s, CRMs and Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Proven ability to work independently and with guidance on delegated tasks, as well as in the capacity of general support in a team environment
