About The Role

- Pay: $15 per hour
- Start Date: Beginning of May with positions available throughout the season.
- Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities
- Support the success of village activities through setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Assist with site prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games, inflatables, and materials.
- Operate village activities and implement alternate plans in case of inclement weather.
- Assist with the Village Movie Series, including planning, equipment setup, breakdown, and weather-related relocations.
- Act as a flexible, cross-functional team member by supporting various departments and children’s programs across Snowshoe Mountain.
- Follow all safety and liability procedures to minimize resort risk.
- Contribute to the team’s success by living Snowshoe Mountain’s core values and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
- Experience in related field - Hospitality and Tourism, Event Planning/Management
