We're looking for bright, energetic recent graduates to join the Resolute Cepal Greece Group and its subsidiaries, REInvest, RCC, REGenerate, Resolute Hellas and its Data and AI arm, ReDataset in our offices (Athens & Thessaloniki). This role will give the selected candidates a wide range of experience and exposure to different real estate projects as it will involve working closely with the local asset management, property, strategy/business development/advisory and finance functions.

The position is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in a fast growing and dynamic advisory and asset management company.

Education

• BA/BSc degree in finance, accounting or engineering with a strong academic record
• A post-graduate degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

• Real estate assets portfolio underwriting
• Preparation of multi-annual recovery business plans for banks and other financial institutions and real estate owners
• Preparation of presentations for senior level team and partners
• Work on a range of strategic financial models for management/monetization of portfolios
• Report preparation for Resolute management and clients
• Assist with other corporate projects as required

Experience

• 0 – 2 year’s related experience
• Any experience in advisory and/or consulting in the investment banking, real estate finance (preferable but not mandatory), Big 4 accountancy, private equity and/or management consulting industries would be an advantage
