Are you passionate about career development and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Career Manager s in key administrative and organizational tasks. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in HR and career management while contributing to the professional growth of our internationally mobile staff (IMS).

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will work closely with the Career Manager s and assist in the following areas

Profile Updates

  • Update profiles of IMS based on their evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in staff records.
  • Follow up with IMSs to ensure their profiles are regularly updated, including CVs/resumes, contact information, and availability details.

Medical Licenses Overview

  • Assist in updating and maintaining an overview of medical licenses for IMS (medical/ paramedical).

Training Administration Support

  • Provide administrative support during training sessions and workshops.
  • Send invitations, collect application forms, and manage attendance lists.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and logistics as needed.

General Administrative Support

  • Support the Career Manager s with day-to-day tasks related to career development initiatives.
  • Help organize and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor Career Managers' inboxes during their absence to ensure that urgent matters are addressed by an available Career Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Education: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field s .

Skills

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills .
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: English (essential), French (desired).

Attitude

  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in career development and international HR processes.

Internship conditions

  • You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
  • You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship.
  • You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and have affinity with digital recruitment tools .
  • Fluency in English, other languages are always welcome.
  • You have a proactive and positive attitude and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are available from September 2026 or earlier.

Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you

  • A contract based on 20- 40 hours a week. We support flexible scheduling and allow time off to accommodate university classes, exams, and study needs. Working hours per week and remote working hours can be discussed and adapted flexibly in accordance with the line manager.
  • You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €400 gross based on a 40-hour workweek. For an internship of less than 40 hours per week, the internship allowance is calculated in proportion to the number of agreed hours (po-rated).
  • If you do not have an OV- chip kaart , you will receive c ommuting allowance and work from home allowance (terms and conditions apply)
  • Discounted daily lunch at the office
  • W e work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home
