WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS

Kitchen Hygiene means

• Keeping plates, cutlery and equipment clean
• Maintaining order in the dish area
• Supporting the kitchen team during service
• Helping maintain hygiene standards
• You are part of the rhythm of the kitchen.
• When the service gets busy, your role becomes crucial.
• If dishes stop — everything stops.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• You work during meal times and preparation hours.
• You operate dishwashing equipment.
• You organize clean plates.
• You manage kitchen tools and trays.
• You keep your station clean and structured.
• You support cooks when needed.
• You work physically.
• You stay active.
• You are part of the operational flow.
