Junior Social Media Manager 2026

• Addit is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll be working closely with

• Our Creative Team (designers, copywriters)
• Our in-house studios – InStudio & InPod – for the production of photo, video, and podcast content

What you'll do

• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Contribute to social media strategies for Addit's diverse clients
• Coordinate with our creative and production teams for asset creation and campaign execution
• Stay updated with trends and propose fresh content ideas
• Assist in basic performance reporting and analytics

What we’re looking for

• Up to 1–2 years of relevant experience or internship in a similar role
• Good understanding of all major social media platforms
• Creative mindset and strong organizational skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Trello, etc.
