Parkour DXB delivers parkour coaching and movement education across four locations in Dubai. We’re scaling responsibly and building a finance function that provides leaders with weekly, reliable management information.

Purpose

Lead the development of location-wise financial reporting from the ground up, fix core finance processes, and guide the selection and implementation of Parkour’s next reservation and finance stack. Work closely with senior leadership and a fractional CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts on an accrual basis, including branch-level P&L and KPIs (invoiced, collected, commissions).
• Maintain AP/AR control and audit trail; manage weekly invoice sync, PSP and bank reconciliations, and payroll/expense matching.
• Ensure master data integrity across systems; create documented SOPs and eliminate manual data entry.
• Deliver evidence-based recommendations for system migration and process automation.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Fragmented systems with no universal transaction ID.
• PSP data arriving via email that must be centralized ahead of weekly close.
• Enforcing discipline across quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other internal financial controls.

About You

• Proven experience fixing fragmented, multi-system finance operations; sector similarity is a plus.
• Hands-on with Zoho and PSP reconciliation (NI, Tabby, Magnati), plus practical automation skills.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, linked spreadsheets) for analysis and reconciliation.
• Comfortable leveraging Power BI and automation tools (N8N, Zapier) while current systems remain in place.
