Meet our Team

Hitachi Digital Services Japan, which is the HDS’s Japan country office, is strengthening its offshore engineering services leveraging development centers in Vietnam and India, building a global delivery structure that combines high quality and cost competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Bridge & Communication

• Work closely with Japanese clients to collect, analyze, and clarify system requirements.
• Translate technical specifications and business requirements between Japanese and Vietnamese teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, discussions, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment in technical solution, timelines, expectations, and quality requirements.

Technical Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in designing and implementing an automation testing framework using AWS services.
• Collaborate with QA/Automation engineers to ensure test scenarios and workflows comply with requirements.
• Review technical documentation, solution design, and code-related deliverables.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and support troubleshooting during development/testing.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices for cloud-based automation testing.

Project Management Support

• Assist PM in planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare documentation (requirement specs, design docs, test flows, user guides).
• Support UAT sessions, demo preparation, and production readiness.
• What you bring to the team

Technical Skills

• Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
• Familiarity with AWS CLI automation.
• Understanding of QA automation concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and testing workflows.
• Ability to read and write technical documents (design, API specs, workflows).
• Experience working with JSON, REST API, and serverless architecture is a plus.

Soft & Bridge Skills

• Strong Japanese communication skills: JLPT N2 or higher (or equivalent working experience).
• Strong Chinese communication skills: HSK5 or higher (or equivalent working experience).
• Good English or bilingual communication is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination and requirement-translation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on coding experience in Python, Node.js (used in Lambda or automation scripts).

Experience in automation testing tools (e.g., PyTest, Playwright, Postman, JMeter).

Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience in cloud automation testing or serverless architectures.
