We are seeking an Intern to join our HR Recruitment Team in Krakow, Poland. The Intern will be responsible for providing recruitment support to our Recruitment department supporting all business functions. We offer paid internship for full time for 6 months with possibility of extension to permanent contract after the internship. Your responsibilities: Posting job ads on job boards, social media, university career hubs etc. Updating our recruitment system, trackers etc. Scheduling screening calls and interviews with internal and external candidates Collaborating closely with hiring managers Processing offers in the system Supporting recruiters with reporting Supporting employer branding initiatives Sourcing candidates via external sources e.g. LinkedIn Other recruitment related tasks as required Our requirements: Student's status for minimum 1 year period Availability to work full-time (part-time students are welcome) Good English skills (minimum B2 level) Strong attention to detail and well organized Strong interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable Take ownership of designated tasks What we offer: Paid internship (civil contract) Active Sports and Social Committee Remote work opportunity Opportunity to get end-to-end recruitment experience and learn from the best professionals At HedgeServ, our people are at the core of everything we do.
