Training Solutions Intern

At One Mission Society, the Global Training Solutions Group (GTSG) ensures that current and future missionaries are equipped to live out the calling God has placed on their lives. As the GTSG intern, you’ll assist in the design and development of training events, courses, and micro-learning modules.

Through this internship, you’ll gain a greater understanding of learning design, facilitation, and technology development in a non-profit, missional context.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with intake of requests for training solutions from OMS departments, fields/regions, signatories, or OMS global partners.
• Participating in discussions to assess training needs and develop projects to meet those needs.
• Participating in project teams to design, develop, and deliver training solutions of various kinds.
• Assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of OMS training programs, events, and materials.
• Assisting in the administration of OMS learning technology platforms (OMS Online Learning LMS and the Training Portal and Learning Hub of the OMS Intranet).
• Assisting with logistical support for live and virtual training events and backend technical production support.

Requirements

• Need to know basics of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. It is beneficial to know Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, SharePoint sites, and how online learning platforms work.
