Dentist - Kosovo

The Dentist is responsible for the delivery of a high standard of basic, emergency, and preventative dental care.

Duties and responsibilities

• Delivery of routine (outpatient) and emergency dental treatment
• Liaise with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Ensures that all medical records are properly kept and maintained
• Provision of clinical reporting into Regional Medical Director.
• Support clinical mentoring for staff development
• Ensure best practice in line with clinical guidelines and SOPs
• Support the clinical excellence framework under direction from the Regional Medical Director.
• Provide liaison with external agencies where required to promote chain of care continuity and professional referral/patient handover
• Qualified Dental Practitioner with a minimum of 3 Years post qualification experience.
• Currently registered and licensed to practice medicine and apply specialty independently in own country or another EU member state.  

Rotations are typically 8 weeks on duty and 8 weeks off duty. Flights, food and accommodation are provided whilst on duty at the project site.
