About The Role

Northeast Community College is seeking an assistant volleyball coach for the women's volleyball program. This position would be responsible for assisting the head volleyball coach in the oversight and administration of the Northeast volleyball program. The assistant will assist with practices, game-day coaching and operations, team travel, recruitment of student-athletes, demonstrating strong character, leadership, engagement and complying with ICCAC , NJCAA and institutional regulations.

Requirements

  • Education : Associate's degree required
  • Experience : Two years' coaching/playing experience at the post-secondary level required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
