Associate TAMs lead with a customer-first mindset, developing simple success plans, guiding lite onboarding and adoption, and ensuring stakeholders see value throughout their lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales and Support to align efforts and ensure customers are set up for success.
Role
New Customer Onboarding
- Support lite onboarding and implementation of ClickUp.
- Guide customers through foundational setup and enablement, while promoting ClickUp best-practices.
Account Health Management
- Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and Champion/Stakeholder engagement.
- Build and execute simple adoption plans and account reviews to maintain or improve health.
- Identify risks early and build recovery plans in partnership with the account team. Escalating to leadership for ownership if the risks become complex.
- Deliver ongoing enablement, ensuring customers continue to mature with the platform.
Lite Workflow Mapping
- Conduct templatized Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for key workflows.
- Run discovery sessions to map current-state vs. future-state processes.
Lite AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and deploy simple Agents tied to customer use cases.
- Provide training on AI and automation best practices.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the partner to small sales assisted accounts, connecting adoption to business value.
- Discover upsell opportunities through templated playbooks and pass off those opportunities to sales who will own the lead and upsell.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams to maintain alignment between delivery and success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, and AI Agent functionality.
- Able to translate business needs into simple solutions.
- Familiar with generative AI concepts and automation frameworks.
- Proficient at workflow analysis, process design, and identifying friction points. Uses structured discovery to map customer needs into ClickUp.
- Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI.
- Works cross-functionally with account team and Sales to align on outcomes.
- Escalates to the appropriate stakeholder when the scope of work exceeds their expectations in the role.

- Preferred working hours: EMEA business hours or AMER PST business hours
