 Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual, with fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills, to join our friendly and professional Business Development & Marketing team in the Cayman Islands.
You'll be responsible for providing support to the global Business Development & Marketing team, with the primary focus on our Cayman Islands and BVI offices. You'll assist with the delivery of the Business Development & Marketing plans for each of the practice areas, which will include coordinating events, targeting, research, inventory and database maintenance, as well as assisting with the marketing related deliverables for other key business service lines such as Human Resource support for career fairs and CSR.

About the role
- Coordinate events; including organisation, logistics and execution of office and practice area marketing events
- Maintain the client relationship database to be as accurate and up to date as possible, including contacts, lists and activities
- Maintain accurate global and local BD and marketing calendars and schedules
- Support the global Communications team with internal Intranet updates
- Maintain marketing inventory and assist with replenishing stock as needed
- Assist with market research in target markets and sectors
- Assist with producing in-house marketing materials with oversight of the BD Managers
- Support the BD Managers with legal directory submissions
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested
About you – essential requirements
- Caymanian or holding the right to work in the Cayman Islands without a work permit
- Two to three years business development and/or marketing experience and / or a degree, ideally covering a business or marketing related subject
- Legal or financial services experience is preferred
- Experienced in organizing and managing events
- Out-of-hours flexibility is essential
- Familiarity with client relationship management systems
- Experience of working within brand guidelines is an advantage
- Must be proactive and driven by achieving high quality results
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of, and ideally experience with, providing high quality client service
- Highly accurate with acute attention to detail
- Good personal organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Canva
- Full, clean driving license
