Position Summary

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for part-time, full-time, and overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals in their homes and community settings, helping them build independence, maintain health and safety, and achieve personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

• -Assist individuals with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping)
• -Support community participation (social activities, outings)
• -Provide companion and emotional support
• -Document services and progress accurately
• -Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans
• -Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

Available Shifts

Full-Time and Overnight Shifts

These positions follow a rotating 12-hour schedule. Allowing you to have half the year off!

-Shift rotations are divided into

Front Half

• Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Back Half

• Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Part-Time

Flexible scheduling available based on your availability and program needs.

Qualifications

• -Must be 18 years of age or older
• -High school diplome or equivalent (GED)
• -Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• -Compassionate, dependable, and reliable
• -Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or human services is a plus (but not required)

• -Wage: Part-time employees start at $17.59/hr. Full-time and Overnight Employees average $20.10/hr.
