Customer Service Representative

Industry Experience: Property / Real Estate (Preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Experience within the property or real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate is organised, empathetic, solution-oriented, and confident in managing client communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems
- Address tenant, landlord, buyer, or property-related enquiries (if applicable)
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (leasing, property management, finance, maintenance) to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Track and follow up on open cases until fully resolved
- Provide updates on property listings, documentation, payments, and service requests
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Client Support
- Experience in the property / real estate industry is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work onsite at our BGC office and be comfortable working UK time hours.
