We are seeking a full-time Network and Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on technical role supporting our infrastructure and systems across multiple sites and platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing network and server environments for our clients and internal operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs).
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, monitoring performance and minimising downtime.
• Administer Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Deploy and manage virtualised environments (Hyper-V or VMware).
• Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall rules.
• Implement system monitoring and backup solutions.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness training and response procedures.
• Provide end-user support across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Assist with VoIP system deployments and IP telephony support.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to system improvement projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualisation technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and backup tools.
• Sound understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
