Senior Scheduler (Earned Value Management)

About The Role
Turner & Townsend  are seeking an experienced  Snior Scheduler with focus on Earned Value Management  to join our Infrastructure Sector in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement the EVM strategy for major projects.
- Develop and maintain EVM governance, processes, and performance reporting.
- Integrate cost, schedule, and progress data to measure project performance and forecast outcomes.
- Position scheduling services as a fundamental pillar of project controls and project delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and update the Client’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment of interfacing projects, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Provide insights into schedule and project performance to enable proactive decision-making.
- Review contractor-submitted schedules and provide recommendations to the Client.
- Validate contractor progress data and ensure accurate schedule updates through stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development of the Integrated Controls Handbook, from an EVM and Schedule Management perspective.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the schedule management framework.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong understanding of EVM principles, governance, performance measurement, and forecasting
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, complex projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and schedule analytics tools is preferred
- Experience reviewing contractor schedules, progress reporting, and schedule updates
- Strong understanding of planning/scheduling methodologies, critical path analysis, and schedule risk management
- Skilled in consolidating schedule, cost, and progress data into integrated performance reports
- Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong background in infrastructure, or other major capital projects
- Membership in a recognized professional body and/or certification such as PMP, PSP, or AACE credentials is desirable
- Dutch language skills are preferred
- Preference for candidates holding an EU passport
