"FINANCE ASSISTANT / ACCOUNTING STAFF"

Qualifications

• -Preferably Female and residing in Santa Rosa Laguna or nearby areas.
• -Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related course.
• -Fresh graduates with 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• -Familiar with accounting software e.g. QuickBooks.
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• -Ability to effectively use computer software including MS Office and spreadsheet with calculation software.

Duties

• -Handling bookkeeping and process business transactions.
• -Prepare cash, check voucher and voucher's payable.
• -Update petty cash summary and check voucher summary.
• -Prepare and update the BIR Expanded withholding tax.
• -Maintain and update inventory listing and lapsing schedule.
• -Responsible in coordinating all collections to the suppliers and release checks.
