🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare services to employees (first aid, vital signs monitoring, etc.)
• Administer prescribed medications and assist in medical emergencies
• Maintain and update employee medical records and health files
• Monitor employee health status and assist in return-to-work clearances
• Coordinate with accredited clinics and hospitals for employee medical needs
• Facilitate Annual Physical Examinations (APE) and other health programs
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Promote wellness programs and health awareness initiatives

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Registered Nurse (with valid PRC License)
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or similar role
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety practices
• With BOSH/OSH training is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and medical documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
