What you’ll actually be doing
- Performing general carpentry tasks on active jobsites
- Reading and working from construction drawings
- Operating hand tools and equipment safely
- Assisting with layout, installation, and jobsite setup
- Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards
- Working alongside crews, superintendents, and project teams

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of construction or carpentry experience
- Ability to read drawings and follow direction on-site
- Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in the job
- Strong safety mindset (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Ability to work in all conditions (indoor/outdoor)
- Comfortable lifting, climbing, and working on active jobsites
Bonus if you have
- Experience operating lifts or forklifts
- Experience in pharma, industrial, or healthcare construction
- Union experience
