The Role: Junior Structural Designer

You’ll be the creative force helping turn big ideas into real, buildable plans. Think of it as design meets teamwork meets career launchpad.

What You’ll Do

• Design support: Help prep calculations, sketch out plans, and fine-tune details
• Drafting: Turn markups into polished drawings & keep projects organized
• Collaboration: Work alongside experienced engineers + designers who’ll help you grow
• Construction: Update drawings, pitch in on real-world projects, and see your work come to life

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in structural engineering.
• Some experience 1-3 years (internships/co-ops count!)
• Comfortable with design/drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Detail-oriented + eager to learn
• Team player who’s not afraid to bring fresh ideas
• Strong communication skills (English required, French is a bonus)
