Scope of work

• Monitoring timestamp of field engineers
• Serve as first level support to the customers/clients through phone calls and emails.
• Responsible to send dispatched calls to engineers
• Responsible to call the engineers after service for updates
• Sorting of service reports of field engineers.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course.
• Willing to work on-site, Malate, Manila
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
