Executive - Program Management Job Description

Managing clients projects Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Commercial support to customer like SMPA which is very critical for site
• Manage project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution.
• Collaborate with customers, site teams, finance, business development, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
• Prepare project cost estimates, proposals, and change orders, while supporting project evaluations and commercial discussions.
• Lead customer and internal meetings, coordinate weekly review calls, track action items, and share meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Support customers and cross-functional teams in resolving issues, managing priorities, and achieving project milestones.
• Coordinate milestone and pass-through cost approvals with customers and internal teams.
• Drive Patient Centricity initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to enhance patient-focused project delivery.
• Oversee commercial tracking activities, lead weekly commercial review calls, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables and updates.
• Lead new market launch projects by coordinating with customers and site teams, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution.
• Support and manage AVD projects, coordinating project activities across teams to ensure timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and challenges while fostering collaboration to achieve project and business objectives.
