Sr. Backend Developer ( Golang)

Key responsibilities

• We are looking for a talented and experienced GoLang Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Go.
• ● Integrate Go applications with ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• ● Develop and manage workflows using Temporal, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• ● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• ● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• ● Continuously improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
• ● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain
• competitive.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go programming language: Strong experience in writing and maintaining

production-grade Go code.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Go programming language.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems

effectively

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge on SOAP API.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture: Knowledge of building and maintaining

microservices.

• Database skills: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Version control systems: Proficiency in using Git for version control.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate

effectively with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field: or equivalent practical

experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• ● Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment
• practices.
• ● Experience with other programming languages: such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
