**Qualifications:**
✔ Bachelor’s/College degree required
✔ At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, hospitality, or customer relations role
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
✔ Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems and communication platforms
✔ With a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care and service
